Koos Kalkman is principal (and only) consultant of MMR. From 1982 to 1987 he was deputy secretary and secretary of the National Broadcasting Council respectively. From 1988 to 1995 he was general secretary of the National Media Council. In 1996 he founded MMR. MMR has a comprehensive network of contacts in the field of media, telecommunications and copyright.
